EagleMania-The World’s Greatest Eagles Tribute Band. That isn’t their slogan by mistake. EagleMania has dedicated itself to faithfully reproducing the sound of The Eagles for the past three years. Since their inception, EagleMania has been thrilling audiences all over the East Coast with their stunning five part harmonies and their uncanny ability to emulate The Eagles note by note. Their show consists of all of the Eagles greatest hits, as well as some of the solo work of many of the individual members such as Don Henley, Glenn Frey, and Joe Walsh.

The band consists of an ensemble of veteran musicians. They typically perform in theaters, casinos, and large night clubs, providing tens of thousands of fans an experience they won’t soon forget. One of the comments you’ll hear most often about EagleMania is that they sound EXACTLY like The Eagles. Audiences are amazed by how closely they sound to the real band. This is the one thing the band prides itself on. “We have spent countless hours breaking down everything The Eagles do on their albums so that we can faithfully reproduce these unforgettable songs in the most authentic way possible. We do not take liberties with their music. We play exactly what The Eagles played on their records. About The Members

Frankie Reno – Keyboards and Vocals

        Frankie Reno has taken many paths during his 35 years in the music business. A multi-talented keyboard player/vocalist, composer and producer, he has taken his love of music and his technical expertise as a producer/engineer and worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry on both a national and local level.
        Frankie currently works with Disney and ABC Television Networks producing music for a variety of TV shows and film projects.
        Frankie has had the pleasure of working with such names as Lou Rawls, The Outlaws, Molly Hatchet, Marshal Tucker, Ace Frehley, Peter Criss, seven-time Grammy award winning producer The Commissioner, Gordon Williams, as well as the songwriting Hall Of Fame legends, the fathers of The Philadelphia Sound, Gamble and Huff.  Frankie is endorsed by Hammond Organ, Garritan Virtual Instruments, Heavyocity Virtual Instruments.


John Gaechter – Guitar and Vocals

        John Gaechter has been playing guitar all his life and has been playing out since he was 15. His musical heroes include Duane Allman, Eric Clapton, George Harrison, Jimi Hendrix, and Joe Walsh, to name a few.
        John is also a professional recording engineer and owns a walk-in ready, fully-equipped recording studio in Sussex, NJ.
        John has had the good fortune to work with Jack Bruce, Roger Daltrey, Leslie West, as well countless talented local musicians, both playing and recording. John’s love of the Eagles’ music and attention to detail is readily apparent when you hear him play. Listen carefully to the guitar tracks on the song snippets posted to this website and you’ll see what we mean.


Steve French – Lead Vocals

        Steve French is a singer’s singer, having grown up in the most fertile period of rock ‘n roll, learning from and emulating such great vocalists as Jon Anderson, Steve Perry, America, Heart, the great vocalists of the Motown era, as well as Glenn Frey and Don Henley. Steve is an in-demand singer, both in the studio and live performances.
        EagleMania has searched far and wide for a singer that can sing these songs that are so close to peoples’ hearts. Steve is equally at home singing lead or, with his incredibly high vocal range, adding those difficult but requisite high harmonies to the distinctive Eagles’ vocal arrangements. For example, Steve sings lead on Life In The Fast Lane and sings high harmony on Take It Easy. Give a listen to those 2 songs posted to this website, and you’ll see why EagleMania is so glad to have Steve on board.


Ken Darcy – Guitar and Vocals     

        Ken Darcy is a singer/songwriter/musician/poet. He studied music at Montclair State University and privately studied voice under the direction of Gian Carlo Minotti in Manhattan. He has Ken hsplayed music on stage since the age of 11 and has been influenced greatly by the style of The Eagles, Neil Young, America and many other crossover rock acts.
        Ken plays guitar, bass guitar and keyboards and has extensive training in vocal arranging and music theory under the direction of Duke Anderson, Duke Ellington’s accompanist.
        Ken Darcy has performed in many venues ranging from The Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. to the Bottom Line in New York City. He has worked with performers ranging from the Chattanooga Symphony Orchestra to Cher. He has worked with musical producers such as Don Dixon, Brendon Harkin and Rob Fusari and song writers like Jim Wann, Bland Simpson and Irwin Levine. Ken has appeared on Television in such shows as The Big Break and was musical director for The Sports Hour.


Jon Weisswasser – Drums

        Jon Weiswasser has been playing drums for the last 27 years. He is a student of Tama/Sabian-sponsored, Broadway drummer, Joe Bergamini, and has been an active member of the jw hsdrumming community of the NYC/Tri-State area. He was a member of the Gas House Gorillas, and also plays with Andrea & the Watts, and Miss Lucy & Walker Blue.
        Other drumming credits include work with Mick Ralphs (Bad Co), Kip Winger (Winger), producer Mark Hudson (Aerosmith, Ringo Starr), Rami Jaffee (Foo Fighters), and Elliot Easton (The Cars). He has recorded with Earl Slick (David Bowie, John Waite, John Lennon, New York Dolls) on many occasions, contributing drum tracks on his hit single Isn’t It Evening, alongside David Bowie on vocals.


Kevin Hummel – Bass Guitar

        Eaglemania is proud to have on it’s roster Kevin Hummel on bass and backup vocals. A fixture in the Northern New Jersey band scene and known throughout the country as an extraordinarily talented bass player, Kevin’s style has spanned rock, blues, soul, country, and R&B, in both original and cover bands . He has toured the States as well as Europe, and has been an active session musician for many years, having worked with producers such as Rob Fusari, Earl Cohen, Godfrey Diamond, and Anthony Krizan. A few of the bands that Kevin has worked with include Amfibian, Black Market Radio, the Neal Casal Band, Sherman Ewing, Lady Gaga, and countless cover bands.
